How long does it take to build a house?
From foundation, we usually see a house finished in about 4 to 4.5 months barring any interruptions or setbacks out of our control.
Will you purchase a lot for us to build on?
Yes, we commonly let you choose lots in upcoming lot draws for customers looking to build! Because of our buying power we are able to get great lots in Saskatoon and Warman neighborhoods.
What if we come in under budget with our selections from your generous standards?
The savings are passed directly to the homeowner and discounted from the purchase price.
Do you build out of town?
Yes, we typically build in Saskatoon, Warman and Prince Albert but are happy to travel approx. 1 hour from Saskatoon.

Do your quotes include hardwoods, tile and granite?
Yes, our standards are very generous! We always include hardwood, tile and granite in every home we build. We also include acrylic stucco for a beautiful and maintenance-free exterior in any colour of your choice.
Do you build custom homes?
Yes, we specialize in building custom homes! If you have a plan, we can quote on it or we can work together to create the home of your dreams! We are also happy to assist you in modifying one of our plans to meet your unique vision!
Can you build on a lot that I already own?
Absolutely, we build on acreages, farms, city lots or wherever you like, even if you own it previously.
