How long does it take to build a house?

From foundation, we usually see a house finished in about 4 to 4.5 months barring any interruptions or setbacks out of our control.

Will you purchase a lot for us to build on?
Yes, we commonly let you choose lots in upcoming lot draws for customers looking to build!  Because of our buying power we are able to get great lots in Saskatoon and Warman neighbourhoods.

What if we come in under budget with our selections from your generous standards?  
The savings are passed directly to the homeowner and discounted from the purchase price.
